Safety

Safety is of the utmost importance when  working with young children. We use every possible safety measure when planning and delivering your crèche. However small the crèche we ALWAYS visit your venue in advance. A risk assessment will be made by a staff member with a level 2 qualification in Risk Assessment. We work to Ofsteds National Standards in childcare and have a higher adult :child ratio. Safety measures and equipment are not an additional cost at The Creche Company they are included in your quote.

 The following are included in the cost a standard crèche- 

• Venue visit in advance
• Written risk assessment
• Staff qualified in risk assessment
• Security systems to ensure child safety
• Staff trained in “Safeguarding Children” (child protection)
• Minimum of 1 first aid qualified staff per 10 children
• Insurance no less than £5 million
