The Staff

The Director

Donna Pickthall has 20+ years experience working with children. She holds the NNEB and ADCE qualifications, as well as a multitude of vocational qualifications. In the past she has managed a Day Nursery, Family Centre and Homeless Children Project. During these roles she was on the EYDCP board, Surestart Partnership boards and on an advisory panel for a major homelessness charity. Having worked for 12 years in the voluntary sector she still has strong ties with local groups. Donna is on the board of trustees for 1 charity, on the steering group for 2 voluntary sector groups and is a regular volunteer for a youth group. She is Mum to 2 children and 6 chickens.

Staff

All our staff have been recruited through recommendation. They vary from very experienced crèche workers to qualified teachers. Most staff have 10+ years experience working with children. Staff are smartly dressed in polo shirts or tailored shirts (depending on the event) and navy trousers.
